GTA V trailer

Back when GTA had that overhead view…I pirated the first three games (GTA, GTA London, and GTA 2) on PC….back when most people wouldn’t fuck with it. So, with the GTA V trailer released…what do I think? IT”S FUCKING AMAZING! First of all, the area appears to be a return to Los Santos (the fictional Los Angeles). It also appears to have a lot of the things you may remember from San Andreas. You see the mountains, you see the “crops” being dusted….so you may have the LA, Vegas, SF things popping off again. I think honestly, they won’t go that route. From GTA: San Andreas to GTA IV they went from big open space, to smaller, but denser space. This game may focus more specifically on Los Santos in a smaller area, but be more complex within the area. A lot of sites/people are questioning whether or not there is a Tommy Vercitti appearance in the game. The voice-over character asks “Why did I come here?” and speaks of “retiring” from the work he did. There also appears to be an older Vercetti looking character. Well, if you noticed that, there also seems to be a CJ looking character too. Interesting. One of the most interesting things I’ve picked up in the game is the character doing the voice over references wanting to be a dad, and “kids”. Grand Theft Auto has always been a story of this guy, who may have family, (CJ’s family, Niko’s cousin)…but kids? Interesting. I could talk about this short trailer forever…but I’ll leave it at that. I’m sure there will be more to come, and I’m sure Game Informer will have a GTA V cover around the time of E3 like they did for San Andreas. I’ll be at E3 this year, just like I was when they had the San Andreas cover.
