Our wonderful Justice system

Recently one of my friends came home from jail, go right back within a week for violating his parole because he visited his moms house. Another one of my friends is locked up because he refuses to tell on someone else. Barry Bonds has a huge trial going on now because he may have lied while on the stand about issues with steroids and baseball. R Kelly is a free man. Does anybody else see what wrong with all this?
