Reality is Real

               You have to forgive me, but I hate the holiday season with a passion. I hate the holiday season so much in fact, after Thanksgiving every year, I get sick. This year’s sickness appeared to be worse than normal, and ended with me vomiting at midnight on New Years. That along with me being drained from, dare I say it, living life, has taken me away from this page. While I haven’t been posting on this site, I have been thinking about it. The main question I had to ask myself is “What is the purpose?” Originally, the only clear vision I had about my own “blog site” was to NOT post music. Keeping up with the Joneses has never been my forte. Upon finding it difficult to post multiple times daily while working and going to school, I found myself breaking the only rule I set. One of two other people who posted here was “released” due to lack of effort, and the other appears of and on randomly. As the holiday season approached I found myself not being able to spend time with this site due to work and school, and of course knowing that my holiday flu would be coming any day.

With last semester over, and forced out of work several days due to sickness and holidays, I’ve had a lot of time to think. Through conversations with others, and my normal “fate tell me what to do” method of making decisions, I’ve come to a purpose for this site. What is it? If you see this now, your probably one of the people who actually cares to check this daily, you’ll definitely see the difference. Next week I’ll spend some time looking back on last year, and the week after that, I’ll start taking this site where I want it to go. Much appreciation to anybody whose stumbled across this and taken the time to read it, as I will not be posting links to this anywhere. If you’ve found this, you’ve found it on your own, with the pestering of someone on one of your many friends lists. Don’t worry, I’ll pester you next week.
