THAT’S how you end a season

I may have been completely wasted last night, but I know what I saw. I swear, I thought I was imagining everything that happened the way it all fell into to place perfectly. E finally gives in and purposes to Sloan. Ari get’s the apology from the old guy from “The O.C.”, and then gives Lloyd a position as an agent, only after rolling through the building with a paintball gun firing, then firing. Johnny Drama finally gets respect for his craft and get’s a show created specifically for him. Too bad Turtle didn’t get any love, but it’s all good, that’s just how it goes for Turtle. What do you do at the absolute end? What song does the show go out on…Jay Z “In my Lifetime (RMX)”? Are you fucking serious? I have to admit though, watching that episode made me a little sad. I knew this season was all about growing up for Vinny and his boys, however, after the season, it seems they may have almost grown up too much to roll in an entourage much longer. Unless the next season opens with Drama losing his show, and E and Sloan calling it off, it seems the show is coming to a close. Maybe they’ll ride the show out for a couple season showing what it’s like as the crew goes their separate ways, but stays connected. Entourage is only guaranteed for another season.
I consider Entourage the second gen of HBO original programming. The first gen being the old stuff, Oz, Arliss, the other stuff of that time, and I’ll even through in Sex and the City. The 2nd gen includes the greatest TV show ever, The Wire, The Soprano’s, Entourage, Big Love, and the other things of that time. The new gen, the 3rd, I’d look at as being Hung, True Blood, Bored to Death, etc. The 2nd gen is definitely the best HBO original programming, and Entourage is the last of that dying breed. I’d love to see it stick around, however, if it does go out next season, if they finish it properly, I’d be happy.
oh didn’t know you watched that…you need to go back and watch 6 feet under…one of the best shows I’ve ever watched.
Well put…the episode was so dope I knew it was a signal that the end is near…but hey it was fun.
